Cancellation Policy

Activities with "Free cancellation"

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time: full refund of any amount paid.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.

You can cancel from your account (My bookings) or by contacting us with your booking reference.

Activities without free cancellation

The specific conditions shown on the Activity page apply (for example multi-day tours, hot-air balloon flights or private transfers may require a non-refundable deposit).

Cancellation by the Supplier

If the Supplier cancels because of weather, safety or minimum participants, you will be offered another date or a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days. Bank processing times may add a few days.
