1. Who we are

2. What we do

We run an online marketplace where independent local operators ("Suppliers") list tours, excursions, transfers and other activities ("Activities"), and where travellers ("you") can book them. Unless an Activity page says otherwise, the Activity is provided by the Supplier named on that page, who is responsible for running it. We act as an intermediary that takes the booking and, where applicable, the payment on the Supplier's behalf.

3. Bookings

  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation with a booking reference by email or WhatsApp.
  • Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • You must give accurate contact details and, where pickup is included, the correct hotel or riad.
  • Some Activities have age, health or fitness requirements described on the Activity page. Please read them before booking.

4. Payment

Depending on the Activity and the options shown at checkout, you may: (a) reserve now and pay the Supplier on the day; (b) pay a deposit online and the balance on the day; or (c) pay the full amount online. Online card payments are processed by our licensed payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

5. Cancellation and changes

Our Cancellation policy applies. Activities marked "Free cancellation" can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time. The Supplier may cancel or change an Activity for safety or weather reasons; in that case you will be offered another date or a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to arrive on time at the meeting point, follow the instructions of the guide or driver, and respect local laws and customs. A Supplier may refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour endangers the group, without refund.

7. Liability

Each Supplier is responsible for the Activities it provides, including the required licences and insurance. To the extent permitted by law (including Law 31-08 on consumer protection), our liability as intermediary is limited to the correct handling of your booking and payment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are fake, offensive or unrelated to the Activity.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy, in accordance with Law 09-08 and, for visitors from the EU, the GDPR.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue amicably. If no solution is found, the competent courts of [CITY], Morocco, will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
